Bilyana Dincova, a Bulgarian native, moved to the United States with her family 11 years ago. Not only has she overcome obstacles by learning the English language, but is a firm believer in “theory and practice.” Bilyana has decided to pursue her dream of going to law school at the University of Baltimore to help our society become a better place.
